One-on-one training can significantly increase your overall endurance, improve both your power and strength, optimize your joint health, help you adhere to planned recovery, and help motivate you to get outside and have fun.

When working with clients, I combine everything I’ve learned about human anatomy and physiology with my love of movement and strength training. I’ll help you plan your week around outdoor activities that light you up and supplement your adventures with structured workouts.

Whether you book a one-on-one session, or want to work out with your friends in the comfort of your own house, on the trails or at the beach, I can help you put it all together to you achieve your specific fitness + wellness goals.

Yoga for Cancer Care

A gentle yoga & meditation class for those navigating cancer. Open to anyone and their loved ones in any stage of the process: diagnosis, treatment and recovery. No prior yoga experience is necessary and all postures are broken down and made accessible to support students with physical or energetic limitations. Students are encouraged to use supportive props they can find at home: pillows, blankets, towels, eye pillows, etc. to have the most relaxing experience.
