Movement is medicine; both for the body but also the mind. We think of this as embodied awareness. This awareness takes practice but can eventually flow through your entire being, every time you exercise with intention.
Whether you join us for a class IRL or via Zoom, a personal training session, paddle lesson or stream something from our library, our goal is to facilitate that flow. Our classes cultivate strength, flexibility and external awareness with internal equanimity.
